I have been on Xena Live for four months, and they keep promising payments but never send them. Every time I contact customer service, they give me a date and time, saying the money will arrive, but it never does! Enough is enough! If my money is available, pay me immediately, and if it’s not, just be honest about it.

This issue isn’t just affecting me—my wife is also on the platform, and she hasn’t received her payments either. The Esence agency keeps saying the money will be sent, but nothing ever happens.
