Unauthorized MoneyPay Transaction Chargeback Request

On July 19, 2024, MoneyPay made six high-value unauthorized withdrawals from my credit card without my knowledge or consent. This incident has left me feeling violated and deeply concerned about the security of my financial information.
I'm appalled at the lack of security measures in place. How can a company compromise people's card security by bypassing 3D secure payment methods? This is a serious breach of trust and financial safety.
I demand immediate contact from MoneyPay to resolve this issue. The unauthorized transactions must be reversed, and I expect a full explanation of how this security breach occurred.
If my grievance is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will not hesitate to take legal action. Consumers deserve better protection, and companies must be held accountable for such security lapses.
