My MoneyPay account was suspended without any prior notice or explanation, and for the past week, I have been calling customer service every single day. All I ever hear from them is the same scripted response: "Your account was suspended due to suspicious activity. Investigations are ongoing. You will be informed via email. We have marked your case as urgent."

Despite all these repeated promises, nothing has been resolved and no meaningful updates have been provided. It feels like they are just stalling instead of actually helping their users.

I demand that MoneyPay immediately complete the investigation, unsuspend my account, and provide a clear explanation. Keeping users in the dark for days with no real solution is completely unacceptable. Fix this now!
