Discounts in MoneyGram Plus Rewards Program Not Granted

I entered MoneyGram Plus Rewards program a while back to earn some discounts and stuff on money transfers. they promised 20% off on my second transfer for joining the program. when I tried to use it, discount wasn't there, and nobody could explain why. Kept using it anyway as I didn’t have any issues with the processes, there's this whole thing about getting 40% off every 5th transfer. Made multiple transfers now, but haven't seen any sign of those discounts showing up in my account. It's kind of confusing, honestly, Nobody tells you exactly how to get it or what those benefits even are. MoneyGram Plus Rewards program not so rewarding for me I guess.
