I Didn’t Receive $2000 Sent via Remitly Even Though It Shows as Delivered

I have used Remitly several times to receive money from abroad. While the first three transfers came through, the last transfer of $2000 has not been delivered—even though the app says it was. According to Remitly, the money was successfully delivered, but I never received anything. I even went to the designated branch in person, and they confirmed that no funds had arrived under my name.
This is not just a one-time glitch. Remitly has a pattern—they send the first few transfers smoothly, and then suddenly the money goes missing. This is exactly what happened with MoneyGram too, where I also lost funds. Between both services, I’ve now lost a total of $4000, and nobody is taking responsibility.
This is beyond frustrating—it feels like I’ve been scammed by companies that advertise “secure” and “fast” money transfers. I have no receipt, no access to the funds, and no accountability from Remitly.
I urgently demand a full investigation and immediate reimbursement. Do not dismiss this as a closed case. If your system says it was delivered, prove when, where, and to whom. Otherwise, refund me the entire amount. I will not stop until this issue is resolved.
