MoneyGram Still Hasn’t Refunded My $150 After Multiple Promises and Poor Service
I've had an awful experience with MoneyGram recently. The service has been out for several days, and there has been no clear communication regarding what is going on. Previously, I attempted to recover $150 that had not been collected by the beneficiary, but after numerous calls and assurances from their customer support, I have yet to receive my refund. The phone center is a complete headache, sending me around in circles without providing any genuine assistance. I am fed up with their lack of transparency and help. MoneyGram still owes me money, and I'm not sure if I'll ever receive it. Avoid utilizing them if possible.
