Previously, I attempted to recover $150 that had not been collected by the beneficiary, but after numerous calls and assurances from their customer support, I have yet to receive my refund. The phone center is a complete headache, sending me around in circles without providing any genuine assistance. I am fed up with their lack of transparency and help.
