Momondo Sold My Ticket via Kiwi, Causing Financial Loss and No Support

I purchased a flight ticket through the Momondo app, but later realized it had been sold to me via Kiwi, a company that is not an authorized partner of Ryanair. Because of this, my ticket became invalid, and the entire payment I made was lost.

It is extremely disappointing that Momondo cooperates with unauthorized third-party agents like Kiwi, which not only damages customer trust but also severely harms the company’s reputation. When I contacted Momondo to report this issue, they showed no concern and provided no assistance or solution.

I demand accountability for this practice, a refund of my lost ticket payment, and a clear explanation of why Momondo continues to work with unreliable intermediaries.
