On October 27, 2025, around 4:00 PM, I purchased a Molfix Premium baby diaper. Receipt number: 0124, time: 17:57. The packaging contains the following information: “TR120 08/11/2024 19.04 exp11/27.” As a parent who has safely used genuine Molfix products for years, I made my first purchase from this store and was deeply disappointed to discover that the product appeared to be fake or defectively manufactured. Although the packaging features the word “Premium,” the diapers inside do not bear this marking, and the texture is noticeably of lower quality. It is unacceptable that products with identical packaging contain different-quality diapers — this completely undermines consumer trust. It may be easy to build brand confidence through advertisements featuring Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, but it is equally important to ensure that no questionable products are circulating on the market. This incident has entirely destroyed my trust in the brand and put my baby’s health at risk. I find this situation absolutely unacceptable, especially for such a sensitive product category. I urgently request that the authenticity of the product be investigated, the related sales point inspected, and that the company contact me immediately to address my grievance and take the necessary corrective actions. I expect this matter to be handled with seriousness and my complaint to be resolved promptly.
