Molfix Junior Size 5 Diaper Defect Caused Red Spots and Itching
On 13.11.2025, I purchased a Molfix Junior size 5, 78-piece baby diaper package from the A101 store in. Shortly after we started using the product, I noticed that the filling material inside the diaper was constantly coming out and that there was a production defect. The relevant serial/lot information is available on the package image I shared.
When I used this diaper on my daughter, red spots appeared on her skin, and she experienced intense itching. To understand the cause, I bought a new baby diaper from another brand, and when we used that one, my daughter had no issues. However, when I used the Molfix Junior size 5 diaper again, the itching and red spots reappeared. This clearly confirmed that the problem was related solely to this specific package.
Encountering such a production defect in a baby product has seriously worried me in terms of both health and trust. The possibility of more serious problems occurring on my daughter’s sensitive skin has genuinely frightened me. It is unacceptable that human health—especially that of babies—can be put at such risk.
I request that Molfix urgently and thoroughly investigate this situation, carry out the necessary checks for products in the same batch, examine this defective package in detail, and inform me of the results. I also request a refund for this defective package to compensate for my grievance. In addition, I expect you to take the necessary measures in your production and quality-control processes to prevent similar issues from affecting other families’ children.
Since I did not receive a response, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
