Restore Missing Minecraft Marketplace Skin Purchases on Google Play

I purchased the Stickman Legs skin in Minecraft through Google Play about a month ago. I paid using the balance I had loaded on my phone, paying whatever the price was in dollars at the time. I logged into the game with this skin and played without any issues for a long time.

When I logged into the game today, the skin was missing from my account and appeared in the store with a price tag again, as if I had never bought it. It is incredibly frustrating that a skin I paid for and previously used was deleted from my account without any explanation.

I demand that Mojang either restore the Stickman Legs skin I purchased via Google Play to my Microsoft account or issue a refund for the amount I paid that day. I want either my skin back or a full refund of my payment.
