Minecraft Lifetime Purchase Not Honored Despite Proof of Payment
I purchased Minecraft with the understanding that it was a one-time purchase for lifetime access. I still have the receipt to prove my payment. However, I am now unable to use the game as promised.
When I contacted Apple customer service, they told me that the issue could only be resolved by Mojang and that no action would be taken through the App Store. Following this, I reached out to Mojang support via KEİ and even submitted my payment details as proof, but so far there has been no progress or resolution.
It is unacceptable that a game advertised as a lifetime purchase is not being honored. I demand that Mojang restore my full access to Minecraft immediately. Customers should not have to fight for something they already paid for. I expect urgent action and a clear resolution to this issue.
