Dream League Soccer Did Not Deliver My Purchased Coins and Gems
Yesterday, I made an in-game purchase in Dream League Soccer through Google Play worth approximately $26. However, despite successfully completing the payment, the coins and gems I purchased were never added to my account.
Even though I have the Google Play order and payment receipt related to the transaction, no solution has been provided despite contacting both the in-game support team and customer service. The purchased content still has not been credited to my account.
I request that the in-game coins and gems corresponding to my approximately $26 payment be fully and immediately added to my account. In addition, because of the inconvenience and frustration I experienced, I also request extra gems as compensation for the issue and the delay in resolving it.
