For my Montenegro vacation, I purchased a 500GB + 500-minute eSIM package from Mobimatter. However, the eSIM never loaded on my phone and kept showing error messages. In the app, it stated that the eSIM was purchased but not yet activated.

When I contacted support, they replied that if the eSIM was not activated within 48 hours, I would receive a full refund. However, my account was still charged, and the payment was deducted from my statement despite the fact that I never used the service.

Mobimatter, refund my money immediately! I strongly advise against using these eSIM services. Instead, just buy a SIM card at the airport where you can actually speak to a real person for support. Fix this issue now!
