I attempted to use a discount code provided by MobiMatter during checkout, but the coupon did not work at all. The code I tried to use was one officially promoted by the brand itself. After several failed attempts, I ended up using my personal referral code, HALIL95347, which thankfully applied a 50% discount. Oddly enough, the same official discount code that failed for me worked perfectly fine for a friend of mine just minutes earlier.
This inconsistency is frustrating and raises concerns about the reliability of the discount system. I was misled by MobiMatter’s promotional offer and forced to use an alternative method just to get what I was promised in the first place.
I request that MobiMatter investigate why the advertised code didn’t apply in my case and provide compensation for the inconvenience. If you're promoting a discount, make sure it works for everyone.
