


I have a serious problem with my Fun88 account related to a rejected withdrawal that has not been returned to my wallet. My Fun88 username is “arbaz123m”. On 25 May, I requested a withdrawal of 6,200 rupees from my Fun88 balance to my Jammu and Kashmir Bank account. The withdrawal request was rejected on the same day, but the amount has still not been refunded to my game wallet. Despite the withdrawal being rejected, my 6,200 rupees is neither in my bank account nor visible in my Fun88 wallet balance. I received an SMS about the rejection, but there was no clear explanation about what happened to my money, and I still cannot access it in any way. I have contacted Fun88 support about this situation, but the issue remains unresolved and I still cannot access my money. This has caused me both financial and mental stress, as I trusted the platform with my funds. I request that Fun88 immediately investigate this rejected withdrawal from 25 May, return the 6,200 rupees to my Fun88 wallet or credit it to my Jammu and Kashmir Bank account without further delay, and provide a clear and detailed explanation for why the withdrawal was rejected and why the amount was not automatically refunded. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can either use my balance or withdraw it safely.
