Garena Support Is Not Responding to My Free Fire Account Recovery Request

I play Free Fire on an Android device, and my game account was previously linked to my Google account. Recently, when I try to log in with the same Google account, a completely new account opens instead of my old one, and I can no longer access my old account and its progress. I tried to solve the problem and also reached out to Free Fire/Garena support, but I have not received any response so far. At the moment I am stuck with a new account that I do not want, while all my progress and data on the old account seem to be inaccessible. My request is that my old Free Fire account, which was linked to my Google account, be restored and that I can log in to this old account again instead of the new one that is currently opening.
