MobiMatter QR Code Failed – Paid for France 10GB but Got No Internet




I purchased the France 10GB internet package from MobiMatter, expecting a smooth activation. I scanned the QR code, but as soon as my internet connection dropped, the system logged me out. When I tried to scan the QR code again, it said invalid or failed—and now, I can’t activate my package at all.
Despite this, MobiMatter still charged my credit card, but I never received the internet I paid for. This is completely unacceptable! I paid for this service, and now I have no way to use it.
I demand an immediate fix or a full refund for this failed activation. MobiMatter, you need to resolve this issue and ensure customers don’t lose money for nothing!
