Today I purchased an $8.99 eSIM data package from MobiMatter, and unfortunately, it does not work with my phone. I followed the setup steps, but the eSIM simply won’t activate or provide any service. Even worse, the company provides no way to initiate a refund request through their website or app. I tried every available method to contact support, but there’s no clear way to report the issue or get help.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced compatibility issues with this service—my iPhone also had the exact same problem. MobiMatter continues to sell these plans without warning customers about device compatibility, and now I’m left without service and out ₺.
I’m asking MobiMatter to either make this eSIM package functional on my device or issue a full refund immediately. Also, I urge the company to improve transparency on compatibility and provide a working support channel for refund requests.
