Mobile Legends Diamonds Not Credited After Payment

Today at 7:17 PM, I made a $7 payment using my Hadi bank card through my Android phone in order to purchase a “Lucky Diamond Box” in the Mobile Legends game. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the diamonds I purchased were not credited to my in-game account. My user ID is 1395356179 (4409).
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I did not receive any error messages or warnings during the process. I have already contacted Mobile Legends customer service, but I have not received a response yet. I also have the payment receipt and can provide it if necessary.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the purchased diamonds be credited to my account without further delay.
