I’ve been playing Mobile Legends for nearly 6–7 years, and I can honestly say the game has never been in such bad shape. The matchmaking system is utterly broken. No matter how well I perform, I constantly get paired with four completely useless teammates—trolls, unskilled players, or those who just don’t care about the game at all. It's incredibly frustrating to lose matches not because of your own performance, but because of unfair team compositions.
I’ve submitted feedback about this issue over and over after matches, but it feels like no one at Mobile Legends is actually listening. Despite the money I’ve spent on this game over the years, I feel completely ignored and disrespected as a loyal player.
I’m at the point where I can no longer recommend this game to anyone. Mobile Legends needs to fix its matchmaking system immediately. I’m calling on the developers to take action and prioritize fair gameplay before more long-time players walk away for good. I’m deeply disappointed and demand that my voice as a customer be heard.
