After 12 months, I finally regained access to my Mobile Legends account, which had been hacked and out of my control for an entire year. However, when I tried to log in, I was shocked to see a message stating that the account has been banned for 10,591 days — which is nearly 30 years!
This is completely unfair. The account was clearly in the hands of someone else for the past year, and I had no access or control over it during that time. Now that I’ve gone through the process of recovering it, I’m being punished for actions I never committed. This account is valuable to me, and I’ve put years of time and effort into it.
Moonton, I’m urgently requesting your support. Please investigate the ban and take into account that this account was stolen and only recently returned to its rightful owner. I should not be held responsible for what happened while it was compromised. Restore my access and lift the unjust ban immediately. Loyal players deserve better protection and fairness.
