On September 17, 2025 (Wednesday), while playing Mobile Legends on my Android device, my account (ID: 93937 (4028)) was unfairly banned. The reason shown was “use of third-party plugins or cheat applications”, but I have never used any cheats, hacks, or add-ons in the game.

The ban period is listed as 30 years, which means I am completely locked out of my account and unable to access it. This is a serious mistake, as I have not violated any rules of the game.

So far, I have not contacted customer support, but I demand a detailed investigation of my account and the immediate lifting of this wrongful ban. I have been unfairly punished without reason, and this situation has caused me great frustration.

I request urgent action to restore my account access and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
