I Lost My Mobile Legends Account and Moonton Won’t Accept My Proof of Purchase

I’m incredibly upset with how Mobile Legends is handling the theft of my account. My account was stolen, and despite having all the proof of purchase—receipts and transaction records—I still can't get it back. I’ve submitted everything I have, but the support system keeps saying my information is invalid. It’s like they don’t even bother checking.

I’ve invested a lot of money into this game—thousands of ₺—and just like that, it’s all gone. What’s worse is that no one seems to care. There’s no live support, no one to talk to, just cold, automated responses that lead nowhere. I’ve been left completely helpless.

Moonton, I’m asking you directly: take my case seriously and help me recover my account. I’ve done everything on my end—now it’s your turn to step up and fix this mess. Loyal players deserve better than being ignored.
