I’m beyond frustrated with Mobile Legends right now. I recently switched to a new device and tried logging into my account, but despite entering all my credentials correctly, I couldn’t get in. The problem? I never receive the verification code, no matter how many times I try. To make matters worse, the system says my email address isn’t recognized, even though it’s the same one I’ve always used with my Moonton account.

I’ve invested serious time—and money—into this game, and now I’m locked out for no apparent reason. This issue has started affecting me mentally. I feel helpless and ignored.

Moonton, I need immediate help recovering my account. Please stop overlooking these login issues and respond with real support. Your lack of assistance is deeply disappointing.
