Mitsubishi 18K BTU Air Conditioner Leaks and Fails to Cool Properly
Two months ago, I purchased a Mitsubishi 18K BTU cream-colored air conditioner, expecting a high-quality product and reliable service. However, from the start, the unit has been leaking water from the pipes. Now, the indoor unit drips water every three seconds from the corner and does not cool properly—it only blows mildly cool air.
I have contacted multiple service centers, but no one has resolved the issue. The main reason I chose Mitsubishi was its reputation for reliability and strong customer support. Unfortunately, this experience has made me feel like I bought a second-hand, low-quality product.
I want to return this defective unit and receive a refund. I paid double the price of other brands to avoid issues like this, and I expect Mitsubishi to resolve this matter immediately. If not, I will escalate the complaint to Consumer Rights authorities.
The water leakage continues, the ticking sound continues, I am calling for service but no one is interested. The product was already defective on the day it arrived, the return was not accepted, it was repaired 3 or 4 times, and now it is still leaking water and making extra ticking sounds. I am requesting a return or replacement of the product, otherwise I will apply to the Consumer Court.

We bought Mitsubishi Electric for nothing; it's not even the same as other brands, its quality is even lower. Mitsubishi Electric used to be good, but now it's as if we bought it from a flea market.
