Samsung Air Conditioner Leaking Water


The indoor unit of my Samsung air conditioner is leaking water, and Samsung Türkiye service is not providing any assistance. I urgently request a product return. It's only been 2 months since I purchased the air conditioner, and this experience has been very disappointing. This situation does not reflect well on the Samsung brand. I expect better quality and service from a reputable company like Samsung. Immediate intervention is required to resolve this issue.

The indoor unit of the air conditioner I bought 2 months ago has been leaking water for 2 weeks. Despite creating a service request, no service has come, and when I call Samsung's own customer service, they are not helpful at all. Samsung is a company that sells products for 35,000 liras but never provides assistance. Please put an end to this disgraceful situation and stand behind the product you sold.
