I Used Missha Power Block Sunscreen and It Severely Damaged My Skin Over Time

I purchased Missha’s Power Block sunscreen a few months ago and initially had no issues. During the first few uses, everything seemed fine. However, once I began applying it regularly, my skin—which has never reacted negatively to any product, not even during my teenage years—started developing serious problems.
At first, my skin became extremely dry, and I noticed peeling. Soon after, patchy redness and raw, irritated areas appeared, especially on my cheeks. Eventually, I started experiencing a combination of painful breakouts and localized flakiness. This was not an allergic reaction, and the effects didn’t appear immediately, which makes this even more confusing and concerning. It’s as if the product gradually broke down my skin’s natural barrier.
I’m not someone who typically struggles with skin conditions, which is why this reaction is so upsetting. I had high expectations from a brand like Missha, but this product clearly did more harm than good. I’m deeply disappointed and demand a solution or explanation. My skin is now damaged and uncomfortable—all because of a sunscreen that’s supposed to protect. Please take responsibility and help resolve this issue.
Dear customer, we kindly ask you to contact us so that we can assist you.
The given number called me once, I was not available and couldn’t answer. When I tried to call back, I couldn’t reach them. I called many times, I sent them an email, but they only replied with their working hours. Even when I call during working hours, I can’t reach them. I understand they might be busy, but is it really this much? If the company’s contact line is not dealing with customers, what is it dealing with? Have a good day.
Thank you
