Minecraft Deleted My Premium Account After a Virus - I Need Help Recovering It

Hello, I purchased Minecraft Premium in 2022 and played without any issues. However, about 1-1.5 months ago, my computer got a virus, and many of my game accounts, etc., were stolen. I recovered all of them, but when I tried to log in to Minecraft (I don't know if I should say Xbox or Microsoft, I'll just refer to it as Minecraft in my explanation), I received an error message saying, 'No Minecraft account is registered with this email address.' I thought it was a Lunar Client error and tried logging in through the Minecraft Launcher, but it asked me to choose a new Xbox name. Of course, I didn't understand what was happening and assumed there was a new update or something, so I chose a new name. When I checked the minecraft.net website because the Minecraft Launcher showed that Minecraft wasn't purchased, it also showed that Minecraft wasn't purchased there. I submitted a ticket to Minecraft, but they said it was an Xbox-related problem and directed me to Xbox. When I submitted a ticket to Xbox, all they told me was, 'Did you lose your email? Click this link to recover your email.' I don't know what to do in this situation. I've tried every method for about a week. What should I do? Additional information: When I checked on NameMC, I hadn't claimed the account myself. On NameMC, the account was shown as claimed and set to Brazil. When I checked again today, the account was shown as private.
