I Lost Access to My Minecraft Premium Account After Hack—Support Isn’t Helping

Hello, I purchased a Minecraft Premium account in 2022 and used it regularly without any problems—until about 1 to 1.5 months ago when my PC got infected with a virus. Many of my gaming accounts were compromised. I managed to recover all of them except my Minecraft account, which appears to be lost or tampered with beyond recovery.
I regained access to the Gmail account linked to Minecraft, but when I try to log in via the Minecraft Launcher, it tells me: “There is no Minecraft account associated with this email.” At first, I assumed this was a Lunar Client issue, but when I tried via the official launcher, it prompted me to choose a new Xbox username, which confused me even more. I selected a name, assuming it was a recent update.
However, the launcher now shows that I haven’t purchased Minecraft, and checking the official Minecraft.net confirms that no game is tied to my account. I reached out to Minecraft support, and they redirected me to Xbox. Xbox support, in return, gave me a generic email recovery link—which I clearly didn’t need, since I already had access to the email.
On top of this, when I checked NameMC, I noticed the account seemed to have been moved to Brazil and is now set to private. This is not how I left it. It feels like someone has hijacked the account and fully taken over it.
