Hello, I recently purchased Minecraft, but I’m unable to log into the game. Every time I open the launcher, it sends me back to the purchase page—even though I already bought it. When I try clicking the purchase button again, it redirects me back to the download screen in an endless loop.
I’ve tried this five or ten times now, and I still can’t get into the game. It feels like I’ve paid for something I can’t even access. There’s clearly a technical issue either with my account recognition or with the launcher itself.
I’m asking for this issue to be fixed as soon as possible. I paid good money for this game and expect to play it without being caught in a broken loop. Please resolve this urgently so I can access what I’ve already paid for.
