I Cannot Sign In to Minecraft on My Samsung Galaxy A16

About two days ago, I purchased Minecraft at a discounted price of approximately $1 through the Google Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy A16. After downloading the game, I tried everything but could not sign in to my account. I also tried creating a new account, but that did not work either. The account creation screen appears every time, but the account is never created, and no error message is displayed. I have been inconvenienced because I cannot access a game I paid for.

I have not yet contacted Google Play Support or the Minecraft support team. I would first like my complaint to be reviewed and resolved through this channel. If my account cannot be created and I am not given reliable access to the game, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid.

I expect this login issue to be investigated urgently and would like to receive a prompt response. Please resolve the problem and restore my access to the game without further delay.
