Since this morning, I have not been able to log into my Epic Games account registered under the username “Ege16.” Even though I am certain that I am entering the correct password, the login attempt fails and the account does not open.
When I tried accessing the account from another location, I noticed that my balance appears to be zero. However, my account previously contained content and balance worth approximately $91. Not being able to properly access my account and seeing my balance reduced to zero has caused me serious inconvenience.
I expect Epic Games to urgently check whether there has been unauthorized access to my account, restore the missing balance and content to my account, and provide the necessary support so that I can securely regain access to my account.
