I purchased Ducray’s hair loss spray to help with shedding, but instead, it made my hair fall out even worse. I had used this product before and was happy with the results, but this time, it seems like the formula has changed, and the results have been disastrous.

Ducray removed key peptides, replacing them with hydrating agents and thickening additives, along with two unresearched plant extracts that have nothing to do with hair health. These ingredients clogged my hair follicles, causing eczema and severe itching. Now, my hair is in worse condition than before, and I deeply regret using this product.

I demand a full refund as this product has wasted my money, time, and damaged my hair. Ducray, fix this issue immediately! Has anyone else experienced this?
