I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had using Midasbuy. On the night of April 24 at 01:58, I purchased 3850 UC for PUBG Mobile. The payment was successfully processed, and I even have the official receipt to prove it. But the UC never arrived in my game account.
Since then, I’ve tried everything to get help. I emailed support, but I haven’t received a response. It’s been hours, and there’s still no progress or update. I’m writing here as a last resort, hoping someone will finally take this seriously and solve the issue promptly.
I’ve already sent the PDF receipt to you—please check it and fix this without further delay. I spent ₺ on this purchase and expect either my UC to be delivered immediately or a full refund. This kind of silence and lack of support is completely unacceptable. Players deserve proper service, especially when money is involved.
