Midas Fund Sale Order Rejected and Not Transmitted to TEFAS on Time
I gave a THF fund sale order with Midas investment app on 16 September at 13:23 for approximately ₺1,550,000. Although I placed the order before the cut-off time, the transaction was not transmitted to TEFAS and my order appears as rejected, so my money remained stuck inside the fund. Because my sale order was not sent on time due to Midas’ system, I suffered a financial loss. I request that this transaction be urgently corrected as if my order had been transmitted on time and that all my losses arising from this negligence be fully compensated and a clear written explanation be provided.
