Midas Account Balance Not Usable

I am using a basic investment account on the Midas platform. On 02.04.2026, I sold shares and since that date a balance of 2,800 dollars has been visible in my account, but I cannot use this money in any way. In the application my buying power is shown as 0.00 dollars and my withdrawable amount is also shown as 0 dollars, so I cannot make new transactions or withdraw my money. I contacted Midas via the live support section in the application starting from 02 April. Each time I was told that the issue would be resolved, that work was ongoing, and that it would be fixed on Monday or Tuesday, but these statements were inconsistent and the problem still has not been resolved. I request that my 2,800 dollars, which is visible in my account, be made fully available for both trading and withdrawal without any further delay, and that a clear written explanation be provided as to why I have been unable to access my money for this period.
