Today, I sent an important email for a job application, including my CV. Unfortunately, I made a typo in the email address, and it went to the wrong recipient. Realizing the mistake, I immediately tried to recall the email through Outlook. However, the platform completely failed me.
For over an hour, the Outlook webpage refused to load, giving constant error messages. I restarted my computer, refreshed the page repeatedly, and tried every possible solution, but nothing worked. Meanwhile, my email, containing sensitive personal information, including my T.C. ID number, remains in the wrong hands.
This is a critical issue, and the lack of reliability from Outlook has jeopardized my privacy and security. If any misuse occurs, I will file a formal complaint against Outlook, including contacting authorities like CİMER. I demand immediate support and accountability from Outlook to ensure such failures are prevented and my privacy is protected. Fix this now!
