Cursor Subscription Not Started, Invoice Backdated

I purchased a monthly subscription from Cursor AI on June 21, 2026, paying with my debit card from the USA. The payment was successfully charged on June 21, as clearly shown on my bank account. However, when I checked the invoice, I saw that it was inexplicably backdated to May 10, 2026. Because of this incorrect date, my subscription is not active even though the payment has been taken. Since noticing this problem, I have tried multiple times to reach Cursor AI. I opened support tickets, tried to contact them, and even attempted to call, but the phone system only says that nobody is available to answer my call. No one has responded to my tickets, my calls are not being returned, and my issue is not being addressed in any way. At this point it feels as if I am being ignored while they keep my money and do not provide the service I paid for. Given the lack of any meaningful customer support or resolution, I no longer wish to continue trying to fix this with Cursor AI. I request a full refund of the amount charged to my debit card on June 21, 2026, and I want my subscription cancelled, as I do not want to keep dealing with a service that does not prioritize customer support or properly handle billing issues.
