Microsoft Copilot Suggested Risky Command That Could Delete Files

I asked Copilot something, and it said it would prepare it for me. Then it provided one or two visuals, which were incorrect and incomplete, and kept me waiting, saying it was completing them. Later, when it shared a sarcastic image, I told it, “You’ve wasted a lot of my time — I will report you to CİMER.” In response, it wrote, “You can report it to CİMER or shiftdele**.net.”

Someone who doesn’t know better could click that option and permanently delete everything without it even going to the Recycle Bin. I saved the screenshots — how can it write something like that? Who programmed this system in this way?
