At MEXC Exchange, my account was first limited because of risk control. After a week, the limits were lifted, but my account was limited again for no reason. They asked for important information in video form, and I gave it to them right away. But not long after that, I got an email telling me I had to wait 30 days. We give all the necessary information on the same day, but the other party keeps us waiting for a month without telling us why, which is unfair and keeps me from making investments. This situation is getting very annoying. This procedure needs to be changed right away, and the process needs to go faster. If not, many investors will lose money, leave the exchange, and take legal action.
