MEXC Risk Review Not Removed After 30 Days
On 1 July 2026 I received an email from MEXC stating: “We’ve detected that your account activity has triggered the platform's risk control guidelines: This adjustment will take effect immediately and will automatically revert after 30 days.” From that same date, my P2P transactions and withdrawals were blocked, and when I try to use these features I see the message: “Your account is currently under risk review. This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again the next day.” My MEXC account is registered under UID 16491***. I have been waiting for this restriction to be lifted for more than 30 days now, but there has been no update, no response and no clarification from your side. If my activity was considered risky or against your policies, I believe I should have been clearly warned and given a chance to correct it, and if you promise that the restriction will automatically revert after 30 days, it should be lifted within that timeframe. I request that you urgently lift the restriction on my account’s P2P and withdrawal functions and provide a clear explanation of why this risk review was initiated and why the restriction has not been removed after the stated 30 days.
