MEXC Liquidated My Position Before Liquidation Price

On November 11, 2025, at 10:46, my short position on the LSK/USDT trading pair on MEXC Global was unfairly liquidated even though my liquidation price was 0.3505. The price dropped to 0.3380, yet my position was still liquidated. As a result of this issue, I incurred a total loss of 2833 USDT.

Although I emailed customer support regarding the matter, I have not received any response. I have screenshots and all related documentation showing the opening and closing of my position, and I can provide them upon request.

I am requesting reimbursement for my loss.
