MEXC Order Execution Failed – Lost Funds Due to System Error


On February 26, 2025, at 18:24 (Turkey time), I placed orders to adjust my position and reduce my exposure on MEXC. However, due to a system failure, none of my orders were executed, and as a result, my position was liquidated at 18:42. This was not due to my mistake but a technical issue on MEXC’s side! My orders did not go through, nor was my attempt to modify them processed. I even tried reducing my position, but the system failed to register my commands. I am attaching screenshots as proof. I expect MEXC to fully compensate my losses since this liquidation was caused by a platform malfunction. Unlike previous liquidations that were my responsibility, this one was entirely due to MEXC's failure. MEXC, fix this and reimburse my losses now!
