My Mexc BTC/USDT Futures TP Executed at Wrong Price, 0.78% Slippage
On 12 Aug 2025 I opened a 5× short on the BTC/USDT pair in Mexc Futures (UID 14541725). My take-profit (TP) was set at 117,600. At 16:02 on 14 Aug 2025, the position was closed at 118,525.6—almost my entry—creating a 0.78% gap from my TP. Because of this execution, I realized about $15 loss instead of the ~$500 profit that should have been captured. The total position size was ~$12,200.
I received no technical error or warning in the app—just a notice that the position was closed. This is the first time I’ve seen a TP not honor the specified price on Mexc. I also couldn’t find a reliable support channel to get answers.
I’m requesting a full audit of this trade, including: exact order type and trigger conditions (mark/last price), order book liquidity at the time, time-and-sales, fill report with milliseconds, and any slippage rules applied. If the execution deviated from my TP without valid grounds, please reimburse the loss and missed profit attributable to the pricing error and provide a clear explanation so this “TP not triggered / wrong price fill” issue doesn’t recur. Please resolve this promptly.
