Mexc Funding Suspended Without Notice, No Support Provided
Today, I attempted funding via the FLR network, but I discovered it has been suspended. I urgently needed to fund my account to avoid liquidation in my futures trades, yet I am unable to do anything due to this suspension. When I reached out to live support, they could not provide a timeframe for how long the suspension will last—days, months, or even years. Their only response was, “It’s under maintenance, and we don’t know the duration.”
This lack of clarity is unacceptable. Proper maintenance should have a clear timeline. It feels like my funds have been seized without explanation. If my trades get liquidated, what is the point? I have lost all trust in Mexc and demand immediate assistance. When I asked about escalation or filing a formal complaint, I was dismissed with “nothing will come of it.” Is this how you treat your customers? Please take this seriously and resolve the issue promptly.
