MEXC Exchange Missing Token & Recovery Delay
Mexc exchange listed a token that I had in my wallet. I created a wallet for this token on Mexc and transferred it after the bridging process, but it didn't reach my Mexc wallet. I requested a refund, and they asked me for $50 for the process. Despite making the payment within the same hour, the process was delayed, and customer support was unhelpful.
The exchange stated that if the transaction was canceled, they wouldn't refund the payment. During this period, while the token in question gained value, I couldn't trade, and I also paid an additional $10 network fee for the transfer.
I incurred a total loss of $110. Currently, the token has depreciated by 95%, and another coin I planned to invest in has increased by 175%. I'm wondering if it would be beneficial to pursue legal action. My goal is to officially prove that this exchange is deceptive.

You can connect to the Turkish live support service and request the cancellation of the transaction; in this case, the amount you have paid will be refunded to you.
