MEXC Exchange does not care about its users—it seems like they are only here to hold onto people’s money. I mistakenly sent $210 worth of ETH using an unsupported network and realized the error later. This should not be a difficult fix! If they gave me access to the keys, I could recover it myself in one hour. Instead, their team has delayed my request for 2 months and treated me like I don’t matter.
I have contacted support at least 10 times, and every time, they either ignore me or give useless responses. It’s clear they have zero concern for their users. $210 is not a huge amount, but keeping it without a solution is unacceptable.
