MEXC Delisted My Coins and Left Me Stuck—No Transfer Option, No Compensation
I invested in two coins on MEXC, and now both have been delisted. The real issue? I can’t transfer them anywhere because no other exchange supports these tokens. When I reached out to MEXC support and asked them to cover my losses or provide a solution, they casually told me to "withdraw to another platform."
I explained that no such platform exists, and asked them to at least recommend one where the coins could be transferred. Their response? “We’re sorry, no such platform exists.” That’s it. No resolution, no responsibility taken.
Now I’m left holding completely illiquid assets and unable to recover my investment. This is not how a responsible exchange should operate. I demand that MEXC cover the cost of my losses or offer a fair compensation plan. Users shouldn’t be punished for decisions made by the platform without proper alternatives or support.
