I applied to have my Mexc account, number 82471438, deleted and spoke with a representative. They said, 'You need to reply to the email that will come to your address within 15 days.' Two days later, I connected with another customer representative who said this process should be completed within 24 hours. The statements of the customer representatives contradict each other. I transferred all my assets to a new account and couldn't trade because I didn't complete the identity verification process. Half of my funds lost their value, and the customer representative still says they'll get back to me within the day. Executing this process shouldn't be this difficult. Trading is done on a platform with real-time gains and losses, yet the resolution process ranges from 24 hours to 15 days.
