I Reopened My MEXC Account but Faced Delays and Poor Customer Support

I had previously frozen my account on the MEXC crypto exchange, intending to reactivate it later. When I decided to reopen it, I was surprised by the lengthy and intrusive process required just to regain access to my own funds. I was asked to provide an excessive amount of personal information—everything from my national ID to a live selfie holding my ID.

I complied with every request and submitted the documents promptly. Despite this, I had to wait two full days just to receive a reply. The support process felt inefficient and unresponsive. For a platform handling financial assets, I expected more professionalism and quicker assistance.

I am very dissatisfied with MEXC's customer service. The process should be more user-friendly and transparent. Waiting days to reopen an account after submitting sensitive documents is unacceptable. MEXC needs to seriously improve their support system and treat users with the urgency and respect they deserve. I expect a faster resolution and better service moving forward.
